Jon Elliott
After more than 15 years in various residential real estate roles, Jon began his commercial real estate career with a local boutique brokerage in 2016. The following year, he joined a large international firm, where he expanded his expertise and established himself as a respected broker in the Hampton Roads market.
In 2022, Jon leveraged his industry knowledge and relationships to create a brokerage unlike any other in the region. He remains focused on building meaningful relationships - not only with his clients, but also with the agents who make up the Creoteric team.
Jon has twice been named a CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winner and was recognized by Inside Business as a 2022 Top Forty Under 40 honoree. He also proudly served with the Virginia Beach Fire Department for 21 years and is actively involved with various boards and committees through HRACRE and the Hampton Roads Chamber.
