Her experience also includes advising buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial assets, with particular expertise in the lease-up and sale of office buildings.

Katherine has completed more than $50 million in sales and lease transactions, helping clients navigate complex decisions with confidence and clarity.
