Sarah Cavanaugh is a Hampton Roads native with over 30 years of experience navigating the ins and outs of this amazing area. Born and raised in Chesapeake, Virginia, I know this region like the back of my hand. Fast forward to 2018, and my family and I packed up and moved to beautiful Moyock, NC - best decision ever. Now, when I’m not helping clients find their dream homes, you can find me boating on the Currituck Sound with my family, enjoying the water and some much-needed sunshine.

Speaking of family, I’m a proud wife to Ryan and a mom to two awesome kids. Ryan and I share a passion for fitness and business, and we’re all about setting a good example for our children when it comes to healthy living. We try to balance work, life, and play with a splash of fun - boating, fitness, and family adventures are what we do best.

I became a licensed Realtor in Virginia and a Broker in North Carolina in 2022, and I’m a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, Hampton Roads Realtors Association, Albemarle Area Association of Realtors, and the Outer Banks Association of Realtors. In addition to residential real estate, I am also actively involved in commercial real estate with Creoteric Commercial Real Estate, allowing me to serve clients across both residential and commercial needs.

Before diving into real estate, I worked in the medical field, customer service, and the service industry - basically, I’ve spent a lot of time helping people (and yes, I’ve mastered the art of multitasking along the way).
